In Progress
the photographs that I have been taking. sometimes paired with (semi)auitobiographical writing and sometimes by themselves

These were taken where I live with some expired Impossible Project Color Shade film.  The first is the front door to my apartment building and the other is in my front yard.  I bought a five-pack of expired film from the Impossible Project and I’ve been shooting it quite often and I am extremely happy with the results.

I’ve lived in this apartment for close to two years now and it is the closest that I’ve come to feeling like a place is my “home” other than the house I grew up in.  For four years I lived in campus apartments with roommates and it never really felt permanent.  But this place, I know that I probably won’t be living here for much longer but it feels like it’s home.  I guess it helps that the house my apartment is in is a beautiful old mansion from the 19th Century.
